The average annual temperature of Macau is 22 C. July is the hottest month, with daytime temperatures usually above 30 °C.

The coldest month is January, with average monthly temperature 14.5 °C. Macau has ample rainfall, with average annual precipitation. However, winter is mostly dry due to the monsoon from mainland China.

It’s recommended to visit Macau in late September to December, when the weather is not too hot or humid. January to March can be a little cool, and sometimes rainy. April to May also has pretty nice weather, but rainy. The summer months of June, July, and August have high sun and humidity.
