One of the newest attractions in Macau, this is an energetic, fun place to go to watch people, to shop and dine. The Fisherman’s Wharf complex includes over 150 stores and restaurants in buildings built in the style of different world seaports such as Cape Town, Amsterdam and Venice.
You’ll find a convention center, amusement park rides, casinos and gambling and hotels. It is located in the Macau Peninsula, near the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Pier. Admission is free for the whole family and entertainment abounds.
For example, every night a 40 meter high volcano explodes in bright flames, and jet ski stunt shows happen throughout the day. A row of pubs and nightclubs bring exciting nightlife to the Wharf. Having just opened in 2005, there are continued plans to add on to the complex.
