What is my reservation number?
Once you have completed a transaction and purchased tickets with us, the customer service representative (phone bookings) will issue you a reservation number that is unique to your purchase. If you booked via the Internet, you will receive a reservation number via email. Please keep a record of you reservation number, as it will provide a quick reference for your booking details if you need to contact us regarding your tickets.
Why are there limits set on how many tickets I can purchase?
Ticket limits may apply to some events so that the distribution of seats is as fair and equitable as possible. Ticket limits vary depending on the type of event or the anticipated demand for tickets.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes. Regardless of age - each person attending events, must have a valid ticket.
Can I choose a Specific Seat?
No. Tickets are allocated via our ticketing network on a "next best available" seating system. This means that for each event, tickets become available in order of best seating, according to the type of event taking place within the venue. When you make your booking, the tickets allocated to you are the best available in your chosen price category - at that time.
What is a restricted view seat?
A restricted view seat refers to a seat that has some obstructed or restricted view of a particular event and will depend upon the type of event being held in the Arena. Please call (853) 2882-8818 for further details.
Can I get a Refund?
As per the VENETIAN MACAO TICKETING CONDITIONS OF SALE, no refund or exchange on any ticket is permitted unless an event is postponed or cancelled in which case a Notice of Cancellation or Postponement will be placed in the media by the Promoter or VMT. If a refund is made, VMT may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged. See VMT Refund Policy for further details.
How do I request a wheelchair seat?
If you have special seating requirements such as wheelchair access, please contact our customer contact center and speak to one of our customer service representatives, and they will be happy to assist with you with your seating allocation (853) 2882-8818.
Do you have special entrance for wheelchair guests?
Yes. The Arena is accessible by both ramp and lift - providing adequate access for wheelchair users. Wheelchair amenities are also available at the Arena.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We will gladly accept payment via all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash payments will only be accepted for tickets purchased from Box Office outlets located at both Venetian and Sands Casino.
What should I do if an event is cancelled / postponed?
If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will notify costumers through our website and via media outlets, outlining details on how to request a refund.
Why is there a time limit when purchasing tickets?
A time limit of 15 minutes is given to ensure fair access for all customers wanting to purchase tickets - as once people leave the website, more people can then gain access to purchase tickets. If your session time expires, you will receive a notification, and will be required to access the web site again.
